ENVIRONMENTAL TRAINING
Morrison Environmental Engineering offers a variety of environmental training and would be happy to talk with you about your specific needs. Please contact us for more information.
SPCC TRAINING
(Title 40, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 112)
Most above-ground oil storage facilities with a capacity of 1,320 gallons or greater are subject to the Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) requirements. In accordance with these regulations, annual training is required for anyone involved with oil handling at regulated facilities. The regulations also require a site-specific Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plan to be developed and certified by a Licensed Professional Engineer, implemented at the facility, and updated periodically. Please contact us if you are interested in SPCC training, or have any questions about SPCC compliance.
VISIBLE EMISSION TRAINING & CERTIFICATION
MEE offers EPA Method 9 Visible Emissions Observer Training and Certification (Smoke School) through both public sessions offered in April and October of each year or private sessions at your own site. Visible emission observation is an important tool to help facilities maintain compliance and improve environmental and operational performance. We also offer training on request at our office. If your company is interested in customized training on-site, please call or email for more information or to request a quote.
HAZARDOUS/UNIVERSAL WASTE TRAINING
State and Federal law requires training for all personnel who could potentially cause a violation of hazardous/universal waste requirements. The level of training varies from overview/awareness training, to more in-depth job-specific training for personnel involved with waste handling. MEE can provide customized training to meet your needs. Please contact us if you have any questions about hazardous or universal waste or are interested in training.
