SPCC TRAINING
(Title 40, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 112)
Any above-ground oil storage facility with a capacity of 1,320 gallons or greater is subject to the Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) requirements. In accordance with these regulations, annual training is required for anyone involved with oil handling at regulated facilities. The regulations also require a site-specific Spill Prevention and Response Plan to be developed and implemented, and updated periodically. Please call if you are interested in SPCC training, or have any questions about SPCC compliance.
SMOKE SCHOOL
